The votes are in and it was a pretty close run, but the book of the month is The Longest Ride by Nicholas Sparks!
I am pretty excited about reading this book because it was just released as a movie and I like to compare the two formats.
How does this work?
Basically everyone participating will read The Longest Ride by Nicholas Sparks. On May 31st, I'll do a book review and my thoughts on the book (probably lots of ugly crying, thanks Mr. Sparks), and we'll start a conversation in the comments à la traditional book club.
I am very excited to start this with everyone. We'll start voting for June's book on May 27th, so let's get our wheels turning for our next read!
